At The House Cat, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are printed to order and processed within 7-10 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier but are currently unpredictable. We'll email you when your order is ready, tracking is not guaranteed.
2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

We are a small business and currently can't offer free shipping, but we do our best to keep costs reasonable.
3. Order Tracking

At this time we do not use automated tracking numbers, when your order is ready to ship or pickup you'll get an email from us directly.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

The House Cat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are with the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email thehousecatogden@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund if necessary.
6. International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes, but please contact us right away if something needs to be updated.
