At The House Cat, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below are our policies for refunds and exchanges.

1. Refund Policy

We only offer refunds in cases where the issue is due to our mistake, such as:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • Your order arrived damaged due to an error on our part.

  • You were charged incorrectly.

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at thehousecatogden@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges if you are unhappy with your item for any reason, as long as:

  • The item is returned in the same condition as when it was sent.

  • Exchanges are requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Options:

  • In-store exchanges are free at 341 27th St, Ogden, UT.

  • If you prefer to exchange an item by mail, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

3. When Refunds & Exchanges Are Not Available

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • If the item is returned damaged, used, or not in its original condition.

  • If the item was damaged during shipping (please contact the carrier for claims).

  • If the package was lost or stolen after it was marked as delivered.

  • If an order was placed by mistake.
